Design C was created for Otto Hutt's 100th anniversary. The perfectly designed, purist-elegant design by Marc Braun is characterized by special details. The back of the Design C has been refined with unique engravings such as the "Made in Germany" label, the individual numbering on the cap, the Otto Hutt logo and the sign for pure 925 / - sterling silver that the fountain pen mainly consists of. These engravings serve as a helpful mark when refilling the writing instrument. If the Otto Hutt logo is in line with the marking at the end of the shaft, it means that the final writing position has been reached. The fountain pen is made of 925 / - sterling silver and flawlessly processed. The writing unit is matt black PVD coated and sets ergonomic standards. The index on the barrel and cap is made of solid 18kt yellow gold and replaces the classic clip. The complex pull & twist mechanism of the Desgin C is aworld novelty. A slow pull brings the mechanism into the filling position. The fountain pen can then be dipped into the inkwell and turned back so that the ink can be picked up through the 18ct. gold nib. The anniversary edition also includes a leather case made of milled leather that offers protection and security. The leather is a vegetable-inherited and natural sustainable natural product from southern Germany. In the production process, the leather is moistened, carefully shaped and heated. The Design C is delivered in an expressive silver collector's box, the leather case, a silver cleaning cloth, a glass with document-correct ink, the 100YRS booklet with manual and the numerical certificate of authenticity. The total silver weight is 34gr and the gold weight is 1 gr. The limited edition is available in fine, medium and wide nibs.
