All orders are processed within 48 to 72 Hours. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. In case of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
You will be able to see shipping costs for your order at checkout. Delivery times will depend on your shipping destination and the shipping option you select. Standard shipping can take between 5-7 business days. Express shipping will take between 2-4 business days.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
When you order is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking number becomes active within 24 hours.
International Shipping
As of now, PenPencilink only ships within India. We do not ship internationally.
